Nyní je ale konec, asistentka reprezentačního kouče ženského národního týmu Miroslava Janovského od týmu zpod Ještědu odchází. Zažila toho se „šílenými holkami“ strašně moc a sama říká, že se nechá překvapit, kam její kroky povedou.
Dvě desetiletí, 6 titulů v řadě, nepřeberné množství zkušeností. Lenka Bartošová bude mít na co vzpomínat. „Těch 20 let můžu rozdělit do několika částí a každá z nich přinesla různé pocity,“ hodnotí. „Přestup do Liberce pro mě nebyl jednoduchý, takže první rok byl těžký, bylo plno nových věcí,“ vzpomíná na dobu, kdy přišla z Jablonce.
Pak ale přišlo nejslavnější období libereckého ženského florbalu. „Nádherných 6 let, která přinesla 6 titulů. Super parta, plno skvělých zážitků, ale také plno zdravotních problémů,“ zamračí se.

Následovala trenérská kapitola. „Když jsem nastoupila jako trenérka k ženám, vůbec jsem nevěděla, co mě čeká, ale musím říci, že první 3 roky byly překvapující,“ vzpomíná na dobu, kdy Liberec ještě patřil do užší špičky. „Sešla se mi tady sice malá, ale zato pracovitá parta,“ vyzdvihuje tým okolo Koníčkové, Kabelákové, Suré, Němečkové nebo Mlejnkové.
Jenže poté přišel ústup. „Ne, že by následující roky byly špatné, ale byly jiné. Holky si myslely, že to půjde samo. A ono ne… Takže pocity jsou skutečně podle jednotlivých období,“ říká Bartošová.
Liberecká legenda má svůj největší zážitek spojený s národním týmem, kterému nyní po boku Miroslava Janovského velí. „Vzpomínky? Těch je plno, každý rok mi dal něco,“ směje se. „Ale asi nejraději vzpomínám na to, když jsem dávala na mistrovství světa žen branku Švédsku, tehdy jsme v tom utkání byly v neskutečné euforii. Sice jsme prohrály 2:6, ale pro mě to byl TOP zápas,“ popisuje duel ze světového šampionátu v roce 2007.
Florbalová kariéra ale přináší také momenty, na které by člověk nejraději zapomněl. „Víte, že mě asi nic nepadá?“ začne Bartošová. „Asi jen na některé ty zbytečné věci, co do florbalu nepatří. Na to, jak někteří lidé dokáží být v tomto sportu zlí,“ postěžuje si. „A přitom vůbec nic nevědí a řeší vlastně nevědomost,“ hořekuje. „Ale to už je teď jedno,“ mávne rukou.
Její další plány jsou krátkodobého charakteru. „Teď ještě dojedu sezonu s juniorkami a poté přijde odpočinek od florbalových lidí,“ nastiňuje. „Poté se uvidí, dostala jsem nabídku od FBC Liberec jít k mládeži, ale přišly také jiné,“ prozradila. „Ale jak říkám, teď musím z toho kolotoče alespoň na chvilku vypadnout a pak se uvidí. Nechám se překvapit, kam mě to zatáhne,“ říká jedna z největších osobností českého ženského florbalu, která nadále bude k ruce Miroslavu Janovskému u reprezentace žen.
